Geneva Cooper is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quality Management Specialists and Consultancy (QMSC), a Bahamian consulting and advisory practice established to help organizations, communities, and national initiatives move from vision to implementation.
Her professional journey has been shaped by years of service, leadership, responsibility, and community engagement across tourism, public service, strategic planning, organizational development, disability inclusion, stakeholder collaboration, and national-level initiatives.
Having served for many years as a senior tourism executive within the Ministry of Tourism, Ms. Cooper remains deeply committed to the continued strengthening of The Bahamas' tourism sector and to work that helps move well-conceived ideas from vision to implementation.
Her experience has also included community development, disability inclusion, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, strategic planning, and collaborative initiatives designed to support stronger outcomes for people, organizations, and communities.
QMSC represents a new professional chapter built upon that experience. Through QMSC, Ms. Cooper is focused on helping bridge the gap between ideas and meaningful progress.
